Although my food was alright, the service is lacking normal human interaction. There is a sign that states to use the kiosk, not... one employee checked on you. Dirty tables, to the point customers were getting napkins and cleaning their own tables so theycould sit and eat. Was only asked a single question by a man behind the counter checking my order number. Was provided the foodbut had to get my own sauces from the bins right over the ledge they handed me the food at. Needless to say I'm thankful to eatbut please bring some human interaction to the customers. Plus, asking us to use the kiosk but having no hand sanitizeravailable is not cool. I want classic McDonald's back. Read more
As a mom of two yesterday I got to experience as being a kid again of getting the Halloween buckets thanks again McDonald's for... bringing back our childhood memories and so my kids can enjoy it too I hope you guys can bring it back every October of theHalloween buckets to keep the memory alive. On September 24, 2022, I filled my cup with a soft drink and went to pay for it. The woman at the counter charged me $1.42,... which was $1.29 plus tax. The menu on the wall clearly states that all soft drinks are $1.00. I told her this, and she insistedthat the price was $1.42. I told her that I don't want it that bad and I went to the drink dispenser and poured the whole thingout, slammed down the empty cup, and left. My only regret is that I didn't empty the whole thing on the floor. Read more
This is the worst McDonalds. They constantly mess up my families orders. They just completely forgot my burger the other day... and I put in a complaint through the app. They emailed me and told me I had to come back in with my receipt to get a refund. Like, really? They messed up and now I have to waste my time to go back for something they messed up? Just refund me my $2 orgive me a coupon for my next visit. Ridiculous. Read more
The dining room is closed about 80% of the time when I go. If you CAN actually get in the dining room, the Diet Coke is flat -... ALWAYS. Today I went through the drive-thru. Didn't get a straw. Didn't get any hot cake syrup with my order. Biscuit wasover microwaved. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage - where it belongs. This restaurant has been disappointing andcontinues to be. Me and my family went to order just 3 mc flurry?s and some fries. We pull up to order and the guy said ?one second? and we were... waiting there for about 15 minutes and finally the guy returns and says it will be a bit longer so we wait for another 5 minutesand when we order, of course, OF COURSE, he says the ice cream machine is down. Plus the guy was incredibly rude and didn?tsound nice or welcoming. We went to sonic instead. Their ice cream machine wasn?t down and they were very quick. Read more
Hello i am at the 1003 Village Plains Franklin TN. and i am so disapointed with the company and how they care more for the money... then there customers. My fiance works here so insted of going back and forth i wait for her in the lobby not hurting any onejust to wait till she gets out of work, i am a customer at this point. They tell me that i can not be here any- more. I am sodisapointed at this point i am going to let every one know and i will spred the word for people not to come to not only thislocation but to others all across TN.
