So u have a sign up saying u are the only employee . Yet u fired my son which was the only employee that stayed with u after... everyone left. Cause he has a medical condition with migraines And knowing in a food industry if u have vomiting and diarrheayou can not work for 48 hrs. I don?t know what kind of customer service y?all are teaching but this is Absurd while my boyfriend ( of color ) was in line to... purchase cookies the employees disregarded his presence and helped the two Caucasians behind when confronted ,the guy working(pictured below ) replied that?s not his problem due to my bf having to leave I proceed to call and ask for corporates numberwhere I was told by the women (pictured below ) our complaint was not a proper complaint?.. Multiple issues with the Cool Springs (Franklin, TN) location! 1. Seems like they are never open?multiple times they have been... closed while the food court and rest of the mall is open, and many other days they were closed completely. 2. Don?t have a cakedecorator on Fridays, so if you need a cake for a Saturday morning or afternoon event, you?re completely out of luck 3. Do notallow for online cake orders 4. Rarely answer their phones and when they finally did, the girl was so rude and sassy. Thislocation is so unprofessional, whereas the Nashville location was extremely polite, helpful, Nd even very flexible. Read more

Brian at the cookie shop was very friendly and helpful! I like my cookie with extra frosting and the ones on display wasn't... enough frosting. He whipped me up a fresh giant cookie with the amount of frosting that I wanted. Great customer service! Read more
