Honestly, I order from these guys because they are convenient. However, most of the time something is always wrong. For example,... today my drink was wrong, there was no mayo on my sand-which and they sent the wrong chips. The food is good if it's right. Read more
Freaky slow. Typically they only have one employee working. Took 10 min for 4 sandwiches. This doesn't resonate like other... locations. Employees go from making sandwiches, answering phones, asking patients customers to wait to place their order. Pickup the pace, it's your companies moto. Read more
Visited Jimmy John's today for a quick bite to eat with my son. I am a business owner myself, and in my highly competitive... industry, customer service is essential to my success and survival. Consequently, I have a tendency to pay attention to thedetails when visiting other businesses as a consumer. Our experience at Jimmy John's today was absolutely spectacular. Firstof all, the team (Matt, Jay, and Josh) were all incredibly helpful and really took time to provide my son and I with valuablesuggestions and guidance. Our sandwiches were delivered as ordered with fresh, tasty ingredients. The "icing on the cake" wasthe three aforementioned associates who made the experience so pleasurable. I really want to like this one because they taste good but unfortunately customer service is not good. We had a delivery order... and they messed up one of the sandwiches. We ordered a veggie and they gave us one with ham and no Guac. I called back and theysaid they would make another one and they did. No apology from the store nor from the delivery driver. Just a dry face like Iinconvenienced them. But lastly, look at how much Guac they gave us on a veggie sandwich they originally messed up. I don?tthink I?ll be ordering from them again.
