It's been a few years since we tried eating here and now I can see why we stop eating here in the first place. There was a lot... of people just standing around, the bread was hard, bacon over cooked, very little meat on on the sandwiches / not very fresh.... it was almost like eating at subway. Well I can say I've had better experience there , then this place. Spending over $40.wishing that I would have went to Firehouse. I also had to pick trash up of the floor by the door to keep from tripping on it. Will not be going back. It's sad to see a place like this in the location it is for the area. Read more

I've rarely had a bad experience at this location unlike the Nashville ones where the owners just don't care what goes on. Seems... to me the ones here are open to honest criticism and do their best to rectify it.IMO Jersey Mike's is the gold standard of subs.More expensive but you get what you pay for which is superior quality and this location does a good job. Don?t know the lady?s name but whoever was working on Sunday around 3:30 with red hair and tattoos was the most rude Jersey... Mike?s employee I?ve ever come in contact with. Acted like she was upset my family even came in to order from the moment wewalked in. From the way she looked at us to asking what we wanted. I used to eat here all the time. The service was so poor I started driving across I-65 to the other location. I thought I?d give... it another shot today, hoping things had improved since the remodel. Big mistake. I spent 25 minutes waiting in line. It took 3people to figure out how to ring up my sandwich. The girl working the register rang up a more expensive sandwich. I pointed outthe error. She corrected it, then charged me $14 for a $6 meal. Employees are sooooo SLOW! Awesome sandwich shop in Cool Springs. The ingredients are fresh and prices are reasonable. Location is convenient in a shopping... center with other stores. Parking can be tricky, but it's right on the corner of the building so parking on the side worksgreat. Read more
Favorite sub shop out there!!! Wish we had some near our area. Everything is super fresh from the meat to all of the toppings.... The bread is super soft and fresh as well. Plenty of parking at this location. The staff were nice and quick to make oursandwiches. Prices are fair and you get a super good amount of meat for your money! Clean and quick, as well as filling! I wish I took a pic but I forgot. I have gone here 2 times in 2 weeks as I'm here for work. Both times were busy and service was... still fast. The manager needs to thank their staff as they are doing a great job! Read more
