I normally have good experiences at this restaurant however there is a new manager there named Amanda she is very big overweight... and very extremely rude. She had an attitude at 8 o'clock in the morning. She told me to call corporate and they weren't goingto do anything about it anyway. Thankfully there was another guy I believe his name is Mike or something there who was able tohelp me with the order and it wasn't even my order it was a customer's order for doordash that I wanted to get to them so if shewas willing to not serve me it was not only me but the customer's food as well and not only was she being rude with me it was afew other customers that she was being rude to as well I'm just not the person that's gonna take someone being rude to them forno reason. I've been to several Hardee's but this one truly stands out. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The biscuits... are delicious. The service is prompt! I give the food, staff, and service 5 stars! Read more
We wanted to try some place new for a burger. So we went to Hardee's. These guys do it right! I got a #2 combo with everything.... It's a super burger with everything, fries, and drink. Amazing. Smoked flavor to the burger, fries were fresh. The burger wassliding off the bun. That was not a problem because it wasn't going to be there for long. I had my reservations about tryingthem today. Really glad I gave it a chance. Quick mentions on the experience, the drive thru was quick and the staff polite.It's in a busy section on the street so you want to try to turn right to get there. Food was good but staff was rude. They assured us that everything was there but forgot our coffee. When we realized it I sent... one of the teenagers in to get it and they sent her out with a cup of coffee and no lid! Luckily grandma had another empty cupfrom the gas station. Read more
If you like the Hardee's chain you will love this location. You can tell there's a woman's touch on this location as it is... decorated very nicely. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious as usual. I will definitely stop back in the nexttime we are in the area. Read more
The breakfast shift at this location continually provides great customer service. They are very kind and polite. The food is... always hot and fresh. The only complaint I would make is that the screen doesn't always work at the drive thru. This has neverbeen an issue though as they have not once messed up my order in 16 plus years of visiting this location. Read more
Fanciest and cleanest looking Hardee's, I have ever been to. Customer service is awesome and biscuits are hot and fresh!
