The drive thru was smooth. Wish they were additional fire sauce options.
5 stars for the friendly and helpful staff but 1 star for the food. The bagels were chewy and the avocado toast topping was... bland and unremarkable. Definitely left us wishing we?d gone somewhere else or just bought some bagels and avocados from thegrocery store. Really surprising because the locations we used to go to back in Atlanta were always great with fresh bagels andtopping. Don?t think we?ll go back to this one. On a side note, we were disappointed when the staff told us they no longercarried hummus - what bagel place doesn?t have hummus? And it really doesn?t leave much to choose from if you want or needdairy-free, which doesn?t seem to make a lot of sense nowadays. Read more

I received rotten eggs on my sandwich. I see that someone noticed similar black spots on their sandwich and expressed concerns... about it. The black spots felt a bit slimy when I touched them; they?re definitely NOT pepper. The yolk was also reallydiscolored, and had a dark black tint to it. I was pretty far away by the time I noticed, and didn?t think it?d be worth thetrip back due to the rudeness I encountered there while ordering in the first place. I know COVID has been rough for thissector, but there?s no excuse for serving food that is visually rotten. Read more
Love this place. Missed it since leaving the Midwest. Happy knowing there are 2 locations in Franklin. Now if we could only get... a few more in Nashville and the. Hermitage Mount Juliet area. Great place to hop in for your morning coffee break or a quick,good breakfast. The quality of their food is excellent. Great to have indoor seating, outdoor seating and a drive thru. Hated it! Hard bagels, aweful cream cheese spread. Can't think of anything to suggest for improvement other than get a better... bagel recipe and the spreads are disgusting. $16+ for 6 bagels a a spread. Disappoint won't go back.
