Most unfriendly customer service and experience. The drive thru speaker that makes whoever is taking your order from you so loud... it sounds like a WWII PA system of garbled up German - having to repeat yourself several times because they can?t hear you. Notsure I?ve ever seen a smile from any employee. I get it though. You work for sunken donuts at 630am on a Saturday. What?s thereto be happy about? Nevertheless, you took the job. Would be nice to spend my money in a place that at least pretends to not hatemy guts. Always and I mean always out of donuts too early. The worst. Why?because they don?t even make donuts at sunken donutsanymore. They order them from some distant place and order less than they?ll need to save on food cost. If you?re depressed andwant to be even more depressed I highly recommend you come to this sunken donuts. I don?t know what it is about this specific location but every time we have gone here, we are met with horrendous customer... service and also horrendous drinks and food. The last time we went here we ordered two of the Reese?s peanut butter cupmacchiatos and my mother in law got hash browns since she had a free reward for it. The Reese?s macchiatos tasted like watereddown coffee and had absolutely no Reese?s flavor. We had to add our own syrup when we got home so luckily we had some of thesame flavor on hand. Hash browns tasted burnt and stale, like it was not only left out for a few hours or maybe a few days butalso burnt to a crisp. We just visited this location tonight to get a coffee before dinner and again we are disappointed. Uponwalking in, we heard some people in the back yelling and using cuss words about random stuff and we even heard them telling eachother not to clean stuff and to let morning shift do it. Disgusting! I would hate to know what they don?t clean during NightShift? I ordered a cookie butter cold brew and again it tastes like watered down cold brew with zero flavor! What in the world?I don?t understand why these irresponsible teenagers cannot make drinks right nor can I understand why they feel the need to runtheir mouths like that even when they are slow. You never know when people are coming in, folks! Keep it professional always. Mymother in law is also disappointed with the toasted white chocolate latte she had as it has zero flavor as well. This locationneeds to hire adults that are more professional and understand how to make drinks and fire the irresponsible teenagers who don?tknow how to keep a restaurant clean and don?t know how to keep cuss words out of their vocabulary. Consistently horrible service. Always out of menu items. The dining room is always locked so to get an order corrected you have... to sit in a drive through line that takes 15 minutes to get through. Needs new management. Read more
Ordered and was told that they didn?t have that so ordered something different and received order and it wasn?t at all what I... had ordered. Went back in because I did not order cinnamon and thank goodness dont have an allergy to it because they just putrandom doughnuts in box. No apology or anything. Just ?well what do you want?? The staff make this location incredible! I only stop by in the mornings and they are always thoughtful and the line seems to be... handled efficiently even when there is heavy volume. Last week I?ve watched them go above and beyond to do their best whilethey have no AC. Apparently someone from corporate came to check on them but never followed through. I drove by today to see howthey were, same situation. Someone that?s worked in the coffee industry before, heat and caffeine is a horribly challenging mix. I hope that they get this fixed soon.
