Have you guys ever seen that little guac in your Chipotle? Only with a mobile order at the Cool Springs location! I hate to be a... ball buster, but it?s frustrating! This location is incredibly lazy with mobile orders. I?ve done a mobile order a few timesbeing in a rush. I see the workers in the back who are supposed to be making mobile orders talk and talk while mobile orderersare stacked in the corner of the restaurant waiting for their late food. They always lack on the portions on mobile orders forsome odd, frustrating reason. At this point i?m going to have to have to check if my bowl is up to par before I leave therestaurant. I arrived a few minutes after the pickup time. Nothing on the shelf for me. Waited for about 5 minutes for the cashier to... acknowledge me. After they took my name they then pulled my order up on their system and didn't even start making it until 20minutes after I got there. (Much later than my pickup time). When they did start making my order they put it behind the group ofpeople in the line. This is unfair, I ordered and paid way before them. About 15 people in line and 2 total workers between the food line and the register. Check that, we are now down to 1 worker and... an announcement they are out of tortilla wraps, lettuce; and sour cream. And make sure to enjoy a drink while you wait! Read more

Amazing services from this location. One of the employees , Marcus, was so friendly and smiled the entire time we was there. He... was taking orders and cleaning the guest area. The staff was working together as a team . This is an amazing location. The foodwas hot and fresh. You can tell that they have a great leadership (at least during this shift). 5 stars. Read more
