Wow the spicy chicken deluxe was cold and old. I tried to eat as much as I could because I was starving and driving The fries... were good and hot The grilled 8 piece chicken was greasy and bad. I could not let me child eat it. The drink had ice filled totop which meant I had less beverage to drink. Half way would have been sufficient. We were able to get our food quickly and in a hurry during lunch time. If you only have a 30min lunch it's much quicker to order... inside. Very friendly and courteous service provided at this location. Read more

Drive thru today, ordered 12 nuggets, chocolate milk shake and two small ice creams both put in one drink cup. Pulled up, paid... and was told "I guess they got your order wrong as here is a empty cup and two small ice creams". Now I waited, told them toput my 2 ice creams in a cup, after all I am in the drive thru. They did that while I waited and then I drove away. Checked myorder, I did not order fries, they were in my bag, I did pay for them. Guess they were having a bad day. Read more
Nice and newer location?we stopped on way back from vacation and found this location through our google maps search?very clean... and well taken car of?the usual friendly help and politeness as expected! They're food is always fresh no matter which store you visit, and the one thing you can always count on is the superior quality... of their employees, clean, friendly and professional all the way. The dining area needed some attention but when we got off theinterstate, there were 2 lines of cars (16 in total!) and about that many more inside, so I can understand why the tablesweren't wiped down! I've never had food brought out to my table and this was an added bonus for me. I'm a big, big fan of theway they run their business! Read more
DO NOT REWARD THIS LOCATION WITH YOUR BUSINESS. I love Chick Fil-A but find this location to be one of the worst I've ever... visited. The parking lot is dangerous due to the very poorly designed layout that causes constant overcrowding and poor trafficflow. Today I placed an order for lunch through the Chick Fil-A app and requested delivery so that I didn't have to experiencethe parking lot issue. My cart/order was transferred to Door Dash. I received 3 separate driver updates and noticed that ChickFil-A's app didn't send the correct address so I contacted one of the drivers. She informed me the store didn't have my order. I called the store and dealt with the most unprofessional manager who refused to accept any accountability and kept telling me Ihad a DoorDash problem. When I tried to explain the situation the manager really didn't care to listen to the situation andkept talking over me. I asked her to please stop and listen. I also told her I was not interested in the laundry list ofexcuses and could she please focus on helping me solve the issue. She refused and insisted on continuing to pass the buck toDoor Dash. Completely unacceptable. I filed an online complaint with Chick Fil-A only to get a response (via email) from thestore stating they fulfilled my order... a direct contradiction to what the manager told me on the phone.
