Today reminded me of why I stopped eating from Burger King. I ordered chicken biscuit with hash brown and OJ. Got to the window... and received French toast sticks . Please be aware that the restaurant is fairly short handed and has been for some time. Drive thru for food you spend an... excessive amount of time in to get food. And dining in is just as bad. If you're in a hurry, this may not be the place foryou. One thing I do want to mention though. My food is ALWAYS fresh, the workers that are here always work hard. It's alwaysaccurate. I went here to try that new Whopper Melt. You know how sometimes something looks good but you go there and it's it might have... been good if it had been fresh? Well I was so happily pleased because this was hot and fresh and delicious and exactly what Iwas hoping for! I was in that area for something else, and don't live anywhere around there nor do I eat much fast food, but Imay consider going that direction to hit this location if I want this sandwich again. This location is my favorite one. Always clean and neat. Food tasted great and on time. All team members nice, professional and... welcoming. Outside of the store is kept clean and landscaping is quite nice to what is usually standard for fast food joints.Restrooms kept clean which is always something that I check. This is a pretty typical Burger King as far as the menu items go. In the many years I've been visiting this location, the... customer service has always been excellent. Depending on the time of day you go, the wait times can be fairly long. This is avery busy location so a little patience will go a long ways. The food is always hot and fresh. Read more
