Pizza wasn’t thoroughly cooked. Pasta and meatballs were cold. Server was all over the map…definitely on something…coke? ... We had to ask for our drinks…WTH? Both bathrooms were destroyed…and not by us BTW…but when we got here. What is Best iswhen the Chef came out to clean the men’s and the hostess cleaned the women’s. We hope he changed his gloves? We loved Buccafor so many years, I hate to say Nashville Bucca needs and audit NOW!!! Corporate Please help Bucca Nashville. $$$$$ serve everything family style/shareable so one reason why it is so expensive. Husband & I ate and it was $77 + tip which... we gave $10 something. Pic is what we ordered ( prosciutto stuffed chicken & comes with a marinara & a pesto cream sauce) minusone tht we did share, so u get 3. Also ordered a veg which u dnt get a side or a salad with ANYTHING...We picked Brusselssprouts w/prosciutto; extremely dry almost fried; good but dry biggest brussel sprouts I've ever seen they were huge.! U do getrolls with meal which are VERY good and fresh more of a sausage roll I would say, but excellent! Also make sure you read themenu carefully the people in the area where we were sitting at (2 ladies) ordered a dessert platter and they got three humongouspieces of different cakes & they were shocked! We ordered a dessert, it was Buddy V's cake you got 2 slices of his cake for $16cheapest thing on the menu except the drinks were $4 cakes were good that was probably the best part of the meal. Never been to this restaurant before so the waiter explained it to us. It's giving grannies house. Other then the vibe, the food... was very good. From the wings appetizer to the baked rigatoni and the stuffed chicken it was alllllll delicious! Will come again Read more

Was my first visit to this chain of restaurants. The food was okay. The customer service was great. Only gave 4 stars because... while it’s Italian food, it’s not fresh, say on the stove all day sauce. Keep in mind IT IS FAMILY STYLE DINING!! Will bevisiting this chain again if I’m near one. Buca is always delicious! Authentic Italian food! Huge menu with so many amazing dishes! Served family style so get ready to... enjoy!! ???? salads, ???? bread, entrees, ???? pasta, even desserts-so many choices! Choose small or large servings, either wayit’s so much food!
