Visited this place on September 10, 2022. Drove up to the window and noticed two guys were sitting there . . . while I was... watching them they deliberately ignored me. When one young man with dreads finally acknowledged me, he looked at me as if I wasruining his day. Based on the highly negative initial reaction I decided not to order from them. Drive thru food only, and it's fantastic. The new folks at the windows know how to meet and greet customers now, much better... than the previous folks. I've frequented BB's for 20 years and I love the wings and their jumbo bbq sandwich. Thanks forgetting rid of the deadbeat employees and finding someone that actually likes their job - it shows. The pulled pork was ok. Really good smoked flavor. Baked beans and potato salad were good. The young man working the window was... just awful. Never looked up when I was ordering my food. Not even a ?Thank You?. He literally didn?t speak more than 5 words.Made to feel very unwelcomed. For this reason I will not be returning. Little tiny Shack really has the best barbecue in town they open the window hand you a slab wrapped in aluminum foil. I just... wish they handed you a bib so I could eat it on the way home! LOL. Absolutely love your juicy pork ribs and sauce! Thank you! Read more
Wow! This is a great place to pickup BBQ. There is a reason other BBQ places have come and gone and they're still here. I was... lucky picking up our pulled pork BBQ plates because they still had my favorite dessert in stock, smoked wings.They have a widevariety of different BBQ meats and choices of sides. Personally I like the mac & cheese and white beans. My wife prefers theslaw and baked beans. Read more
I think BB?s Bar-B-Q is the best in Franklin Tennessee and beyond! The meat is always lean, tender, and has a great smoked... taste. The sides are pretty good as well. We love their cobbler and you get a generous serving. Lastly, the drive through staffis nice and friendly. I wish I?d have gotten the gentleman?s name that prepared my order today, October 23, 2022. He was so niceand pleasant. I really appreciate that type of customer service, and you can bet that my husband and I will continue to purchaseour bar-b-q at BB?s.
