Delicious chicken sandwiches. I like their burgers, as well, but the store in Franklin at the Cool Springs Galleria tends to... over cook the meat. I have heard others complain about that as well. After being closed for two years, I heard this location in Cool Springs finally reopened. Went there on Sunday afternoon and... they were closed. Called today to see if they had reopened and talked to the manager who answered the phone. This is what shetold me. They reopened in August, but she only has ONE employee and because they are short-staffed their hours "vary." Shesaid Monday-Thursday they are usually open until 6:00. WTH?? She went on to say that on Fridays and Saturdays they close at7:00. They are closed on Sundays because "she needs a day off." She said that these hours vary because sometimes she doesn'thave anyone to work. FFS. I'm never eating there. What restaurant closes at DINNER TIME?!?!
