Evidently, this place is so short-staffed that they needed to adjust the hours of operations. I assume the drive-thru employees... are always under pressures, and I get how things go. I was once an Arby?s employee in a different city. However, I, as acustomer, do not deserve to receive the attitude the order taker expressed to me today. I was only respectfully asking him ifthere was a way I could receive my order in a certain way that I prefer, but not only did he raise his voice to tell me thatthere was not, he also mentioned that it was 15 minutes before closing (at 4:45 PM), which sounded as if I was doing the wrongthing going there while the restaurant was open. Needless to say, I did not purposely go there 15 minutes before closing topurposely disturb the peace of that employee. I went there to pay for my order and receive the goods and services because Ithought highly of Arby?s. In return, I regretted making the decision of going there. To be fair, I fully understand thestruggles associated with handling the drive-thru chaos. However, I was the only customer in the line, I was not raising myvoice or being disrespectful to the employee, and the closing time has little to do with the inquiry I made during the openhours. Cashier couldn't give back proper change. I paid for extra cheese and didn't get it. Drive thru was extremely slow. I call to... let them know my sandwich was wrong and the line is busy. I've called several times and it's constantly busy. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for a half hour, only to find that nobody was servicing the drive-thru. I came inside and had my order... taken. My name was called too quietly, so I didn't hear. Then, they made me look foolish for not realizing my order was on thecounter. I can say with certainty that I will never return. I've never experienced customer service this poor in my life. Do not go here. It took over 30 minutes for my husband to receive his order after he had already paid. They were not busy... either. Definitely not a fast-food restaurant. Read more
