We used the drive thru. The staff was friendly and at first we ordered our wraps as you would in the store . Then we noticed... this window box that was a live camera of them making each wrap! That was so cool!!! We saw the whole process of the wrap beingmade. Great place. Read more
Very clean! I live here in Franklin, this is the only Subway I go to, because how clean it is. The staff members are always... extremely courteous, and helpful. I believe it's the only Subway, that has a drive-thru window. I always know, my food is fresh,and tasty. Keep up the Great work! Read more

This Subway I'd the last chain restaurant for a while. They do great jobs with online and drive thru. Twelve new subs can be... ordered with stock ingredients, which makes the process much smoother instead of having to choose them individually.
