Literally one employee working mid afternoon. Guy was stretched so thin but very conscientious and did an amazing job.... Efficient, prioritized tasks, friendly, knew he couldn't do everything at once but nevertheless did the best he could. He wasfriendly under pressure. And the food was delicious just as I would expect from a HH. 5 stars (management: give this guy araise!) Read more

Great place to eat. Great food. Great value. Great staff. Feel like I am eating at home with friends- wonderful people. ... Staffing challenges like every other restaurant in this day and time, but they care and try hard to take care of you. Read more

We don't eat out for breakfast much anymore but today we decided to stop in since it had been a while. Food was good, staff was... extremely polite and the restaurant was clean. And there's 1 thing I HAVE TO comment on .... the butter on the toast wasactually across the whole slice and not just piled in the middle like most times. We appreciated that little tidbit. Kudos tothe chef! Read more

When heading to Gatlinburg, from South Carolina, we've always stopped at Huddle House in Clayton, Ga. However, on Saturday,... September, 17, they were closed so we traveled on to Franklin. There were only 3 guys total working, doing everything, and doinga great job I might add. Service was excellent and so was the food! They were all very friendly to us and other patrons. Thebathrooms were clean too. We're glad we stopped. It will be our NEW breakfast stop when heading to the mountains. We HIGHLYrecommend Huddle House in Franklin, NC. Read more

They were very busy, but the service was excellent! The food was good and they got my eggs right (it's a big deal to me). I will... go back when I'm in the area. Read more

Their prime rib tip omelette never disappoints. The food is unpretentious and unhealthy, but it's usually pretty good! "Fried"... is their specialty- stick to that, and you won't be disappointed. Their biscuit/gravy falls short, but their salad can be(surprisingly) good. Read more

Many people would have walked out. Many would be disgruntled and left saying only negative things. However, having worked in... food service and understanding that ALL restaurants are stressed due to being short-staffed, we stayed. There were TWO (yes, 2)employees working! One was the manager. They were working as hard and as fast as they could as people kept coming in and tableswere not cleared from the last guests. Andrew got a table cleared as fast as he could for them. We were patient. We were kind.We were understanding. I didn't even mind the Christmas mug in October because they were "running out of clean mugs." Please bepatient with restaurant staff and tip them well. They've earned it. ???????????? Read more
