We came into this restaurant with a large group before closing, desperate with very hungry little kids and Gabriel and Sam were... very kind to us and took care of us. Gabriel was running the register and helped us through our order, as we are newer to thisrestaurant chain. In the midst of kids crying and chaos Gabriel was very kind and helped us figure out our order for theevening. Sam was running the shift and helped us change our order not once but three times, going above and beyond andaccommodating our every need. It was truly an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant due to the levelof customer service provided. Thank you!l! Read more
Oh Bojangles, how I wanted to love you, but you let me down. My friend had bragged about how great Bojangles was. We entered in... and asked about ordering a single piece of chicken and some other items. The guy working had to get help figuring out what tosuggest. Then I asked another person about the Macaroni and Cheese and was told he doesn?t eat there. The wait was very long,the fries were so salty that I could barely eat them, and tea was not that great. Not a tremendous deal, but wow, went for lunch today. We were the 2nd or 3rd car in line here at the Franklin bojangles drive... through.. we were asked to pull up waiting on a spicy chicken sandwich, at 12 noon, after 15 minutes of waiting gave up went inand got a refund. At least 5 other orders were processed successfully after we pulled up to join two other vehicles, one ofwhich we found out had been waiting over 20 minutes themselves. Cmon folks, I get covid and staff issues have been an excusesince what 2020ish but this was a bit much. Hope you can do better next time. Alot better. It would've been nice to get lunchduring my lunch break. Read more
Got Cajun chicken fillets. They were out of southern fillet but provided reasonable substitute with chicken tender biscuits.... Very friendly and FAST! Read more
The Cajun chicken biscuit was ok, as was the sausage egg one. The the worst fast food option out there, but definitely not the... best. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful though. Read more
First time trying this location even though I am local. Had a friend pick some up for me so I could try it. Really good, though... I would have preferred for the chicken to be a little spicier, perhaps an extra spicy option? But first time trying Bo roundsand biscuits there, Fantastic. Went by today 9-16-22 to try the all day breakfast biscuit sandwich. It was pretty good but thesausage seemed a little dry. Still I thought that it was good enough that I Will be back. Read more
So, we?ve had a few ups and downs at this particular Bojangles. But we were pleasantly surprised the last time we had takeout... when we opened up the bag the chicken sandwich deluxe was huge and delicious and we will order that again. Read more
We had a large party and the staff was very kind and very communicative about timing and did everything they could to make us... comfortable. The food was fresh, delicious and hot. The staff members went above and beyond as it was late and we had two smallchildren 1 and 5. Gabriel who checked us in was kind and patient and Sam the manager went above and beyond to make uscomfortable while we waited for our food.
