Dropped in after mountain biking in Franklin a couple weeks ago and tried a few bao buns. This food is crafted with love. ... Absolutely delicious. The pork belly with apple was especially mouthwatering! Read more

I was looking for a cool new take out place and this place popped up on "takeout near me" WOW, am I glad it did. I was craving... something sweet with heat and this was the place to grab a snack. Since I've never been there and my hunger was overbearing Icould not seem to make an adult decision to pick. So, the owner picked for me. She NAILED it! Three little sandwich gooeygoodness and some ramen for later. Now, I'm a fan of reading reviews - it does help me pick a place but I'm glad I ignored thefew I saw because not sure what form of sorcery the bao bun is but it definitely is nothing short of MAGICAL! I'm a foodie!! Igrew up with homemade everything, locally grown, and all the love poured into every bite. The Broken Spoon, definitely broughtme back to the days love was poured into every bite. Highly Recommend!! Peace ?? Love ?? Noodles ???? Read more

Friends of ours know the owner and shared photos of her food on their social media. I live an hour away and it is WORTH the... drive. The bao are a DREAM, I love them and would eat them every week if I could. The bao bun is perfection and the flavors ofthe different fillings are to die for. My favorite right now is the Bao Mi, the pork belly is out of this world. Their noodlebowls are also good, I always get the Intro Bowl, but I should branched out and try all of them. Do yourself a favor though, check this place out, and if you're not sure about the bao...eat one before you leave so you can order more, then head home. Read more
