Walked into a sushi restaurant, sunday night, 630. Prime dinner time. There were 2 girls seated inside. I waited to be seated. 3... minutes later, somebody from the back came out. " Table for one". "Sit anywhere". And she disappeared into the back. Two guyscame in to join the girls. I sat down and waited about 5 minutes. I still havent gotten a menu yet. 3 minutes later, The girlsstood up and went to the counter to ask the manager that they were ready. Take out is very slow. Got here was told wait 10 minutes had to wait 40 minutes for 2 sides of sushi.
The food is so good, and the staff is friendly and try to get everything out as quick as possible. Definitely worth it :)
Let's start out by saying the food is good. I enjoyed that they also had a little store inside selling goods, though be sure to... double check the warning labels on the chopsticks they're selling! The prices have skyrocketed. It would have been cheaper togo anywhere else in the area for sushi and order the exact same thing. It was completely over priced. They also took 90 minutesto make sashimi and 2 rolls to go when I was the only person in the restaurant. I will not be going back and would notrecommend it to others. Read more
they're clearly struggling. went in 5pm on friday and nobody seemed to be working there. the 1 employee was in the back room,... eventually came out. then after seating us didnt return. Alot of time spent in the back doing something. Had to leaveeventually without an order being taken. they're clearly understaffed, recommend they shift back to take out only if they can'thandle customers in person Read more
The Maguro restaurant in franklin is one of the best Sushi places I have eaten at in Franklin. The service they provide to the... customers makes you feel like you?re at home. I have had the pleasure of trying many new sushi. People are always willing towait ½ hour to an hour to eat at fine restaurants, and the same can be said for Maguro House. It is fine dining with a ?at homefeeling?. A big part of the menu is sushi but the noodles and rice dishes are so delicious I sometimes order both. The beefnoodles soup are also very tasty. Read more
