every time i come here im disappointed. the coffee is almost never right and the food isnt even cooked.

Normally pretty quick drive thru. My daughter and I usually stop here Saturday mornings after her dance class to grab a treat.... Everything is always fresh and accurate. Read more

They move the drive thru line quickly just to make everyone wait out front after for their food. Coffee was pretty bad by... Dunkin' standards, one of the donuts was wrong, and we just gave up on the bagel after waiting a few minutes and watching the 4customers after us get sent to wait for their food too. During that time we saw a few people go in to get their orders correctedand a few other walk in customers walk back out empty handed Read more

Got breakfast here. Ordered two coffees, a sourdough breakfast sandwich, bacon egg and cheese on a muffin and hash browns. Price... was 15/change. Got no hash browns, and the sourdough sandwich was falling apart and untoasted with most of the bacon outside thebread. No receipt included. No line / not busy when we visited. Bad food and incompetent staff, since no receipt was providedthey're probably grifting and skimming. Very poor. Read more

Long line of cars, super slow service (20+ minutes to get a coffee, hash browns, and sandwiches), person behind register was not... happy and not being very nice to the staff yet, she's the one who (miss)took my order. When I finally got to the window I wasnot given the order as requested (there were less items than ordered), there was one extra coffee I did not order (and did notkeep since I am lactose intolerant, so why keep a free coffee that would make me sick), and the icing on the cake: the food wascold and the hash browns soggy. This location is really good. The folks here are friendly, very helpful and know me by name at this point since my office is... around the corner and I head here almost every day. Something that really put them over the top for me was an instance about amonth or so back where I must have accidentally selected a different location when entering my order on the app. I had no idea Ihad done it, pulled into the drive thru (they called me up by name at the speaker) and when I got to the window they said theyhadn't received my order. We figured out what happened and instead of sending me away empty handed or making me pay them for theorder, they just made it for me there on the spot. I thought that was very nice of them. They didn't have to do that. Theycould have charged me for the order or just sent me away to the other location the order actually went to (a couple towns over)and they would have been completely right to do so, but they didn't and that was above and beyond. I understand that the place is very busy with social distancing and trying to please everyone. But while I was ordering whoever... was taking my order at 9:56:11 am order #145 April 22, was not listening to me. She kept repeating ?I?m sorry what was that??And I had to keep saying my drink order over again. When I got to the window I got my two drinks and she asked me to pull aroundthe drive-thru again for my food. Which was only two bagels and two orders of hash browns. I pulled around again and waited formy food again. Both orders of hash browns were soggy and mashed together in the bag. Both bagels were cold and had the creamcheese on them, when I specifically asked for cream cheese on the side. One bagel was supposed to have veggie cream cheese andneither did. I am very disappointed with my experience. Read more
