Why, over the past few months this location does NOT have cold brew? Head quarters should get them stock because that is a huge... loss in sales. Not to mention people LOVE cold brew far better than the watered down regular ice coffee. Read more
I agree with all the negative reviews about this particular DD location. These folks lack the basic ethics of being in F&B... industry. After making you wait for over 15 mins for a single coffee they'll treat you as in theyre doing you a favor. This isnot the first time though. We're pretty regular here and these kinda noises are pretty frequent. Hope the #dunkindonuts boardtakes some action against these bunch of highly unprofessional individuals. Read more
There was a new or at least inexperienced employee making my order so it wasn't made quickly or correctly, which wasn't even the... problem. The problem was another employee who was guiding him through orders was rolling her eyes behind his back and talkedcondescendingly towards him right in front of me and other customers. This Dunkin always gets the coffee made perfectly & if they they?ll happily go remake it until they do. they?re always upbeat,... happy & friendly! The employees are very willing to help as is management , they always try to do their best to serve you in aquick and timely manner while still giving amazing customer service! Oh and here?s the big one for everyone their coffee nevertaste burnt unlike certain other Dunkin? Donuts in town. So if you want fresh unburnt delicious coffee served correctly and witha smile I would definitely try this Dunkin even if it?s a little out of your way to coffee is worth it and so are the donutsthey always have French crullers! This Dunkin Donuts I visited for coffee is one of the best ones I've been to. Service is fast and my ice coffee tasted great.... One milk and two sugars. The people managing this DD are doing a super great job. It is spotlessly clean. Read more
