I came here Nov 19 2022 to pick up some food and was met with nothing but disrespect. This fast food employee named Noel... answered the drive through window and we politely asked him ?Could we please have our fries fresh?? He laughs and tells the cook?They want them well done? to which then we said ?Oh no! We said fresh.? And he arrogantly laughs and says ?They want them freshsorry.? Then he tells us to hang tight and slams the window on us. We waited for our food for 10 minutes and when it was done,it was cold, the hot wings weren?t right. It was just a terrible visit. I may not ever go to Zaxby?s again. I?ve never been metwith this much disrespect and if it were up to me, he?d be fired on the spot. Thats not how you treat your customers. Read more

NEWS FLASH - if you haven't heard, Zaxby's WON the "Chicken Sandwich War"... CRUSHED Chik-Fil-A like the rest with Zaxby's... Signature Chicken Sandwich. Zaxby's did not hit the spot. I bought signature chicken sandwich and it was pretty weak. It was $7 or $8 and it had practically... nothing on it. There were three pickles with some ketchup, and maybe something else but it was hard to tell. The chicken wasokay, but I definitely prefer the Bojangles chicken sandwich to even this premium signature sandwich from Zaxby's. The staff wasfriendly and polite, but that sandwich was definitely a letdown. Sorry guys it's gonna be a no for me ???? Edited to one starbecause it's just gotten worse in my memory. Read more

I travel a lot through the South and one of my consistently favorite places is Zaxbys. While I consistently get the same order... (Wings and Things, traditional with nuclear sauce) the wings have a tendency to be dry and the sauce cold. However I must admitthe wings here were tender and well done. It appeared here the wings were given the same attention as the tenders. Good job! Read more

Not a fan told them it was our first time here and asked about the sauces, I told her we will get some honey mustard and zaxbys... sauce, she said ok and came back to the window to advise they charge for sauce i think that's ridiculous but whatever. checkedthe bag later and got ranch sauce I didn't even ask for and an opened ketchup packet in the bag that made a mess. The food isnot that great and does not compare to chic filet or even Popeyes. Asked for large fries and got a small half filled containerof half seasoned fries. The chicken sandwich was a little tough and small. Glad a had some extra chic filet sauce to make it alittle better. Read more
