Order took over 20 minutes after it said it was on it's way out. I had to hit the button again to get my order brought out to... me. There's a bunch of kids working and it seems they're visiting their friends more than working. Read more

Of all reviews I have given businesses lately, all have 5 star ratings. The food is but after 3 consecutive visits and waiting... an unreasonable amount of time to order, given the wrong order and overall lack of customer service, I would not recommend theFranklin, KY sonic. UPDATE---corporate contacted me regarding the original review and apparently have remedied the issues. Washere last night and everything was great. Timely service, friendly faces, and great food. This location normally has pretty long wait times, but it's understandable because they're always full of cars. Tonight I... ordered food and got halfway home before I realized they'd given me 2 large chili cheese tots rather than the Frito chili piesI'd ordered. I drove back and told the girl on the intercom that I'd just been there and had received the wrong items. She toldme she'd "be right out". Five minutes later she came out to get the 2 chili cheese tots and said she'd "be right back with the 2Frito chili pies". We waited there for 22 minutes for her to bring back the correct items. 22 minutes to scoop some chili onsome Fritos to correct their mistake. I understand being busy, and they were busy, but when a customer has to come back due to amistake, there's no excuse for it taking 22 minutes. Read more

We are huge fans of the Sonic brand and were really looking forward to the familiarity of good food after a long leg of heading... home from vacation. The order was read back from the window correctly, so we assumed everything they were giving us wascorrect. But then they didn't give us our last of four drinks...something seemed off. They quickly got us the missing drink andwe were off. Upon arrival to the hotel, we divided the bags among us based on how Sonic had distributed the food that needed tobe paired together (Order 1 Burger with Order 1 sides, etc). We soon discovered not only had they given us the wrong flavor ofSlush, they had mismatched burgers with sides in the bags. And to top it all off, we were short a fry and our tots were regularinstead of chili cheese. We don't blame the Sonic brand as a whole, but something crucial is missing with this particularfranchise location. The order was placed correctly and read back to us perfectly...so very disappointed and will spread the wordto all who travel through Franklin to take heed when ordering at Sonic. Read more

Stop for a few corn dogs because they sounded great however they were just warm. got the pickle fries which were fresh and they... were pretty decent. the chili cheese fries were okay. Read more

they still can't get a simple order right. I ordered a cherry limeade slush. After 30 minutes they finally fixed it. But did... NOT mix it. This location needs to be shut down seeing as to how they can't get simple orders right. I understand being shortstaffed for a little wait. But NOT for orders that aren't made right. They bring orders out in the order they are placed, evenif your order is done, you will have to wait until the people before you get theirs. If you like cold food and wrong orders andwasting your money, this place is for you. Read more

Food came in 20 minutes and the server said she would bring ketchup right back but didn't, and I didn't get a fork. Called back... for both after 5 minutes and 5 minutes later another server brought them (I tipped both!) By then my burger was cold and hard. Ididn't bother to even try to get a replacement as my lunch break was long over. I get the probability of being short-staffed butcan't give a great review when nothing was really decent about it. **Not necessarily a typical experience!** could've been a badday. Read more
