Probable get more sales if you'd answer your drive thru, 430 and no response, ill take my $15 somewhere else

Being in the service industry myself, I hate stopping at any place if it?s within an hour of closing. But we were on the road... and starving and did so anyway with the lowest of expectations?. Honestly we wouldn?t have even minded if it wasn?t that great. But the employees were still very friendly and the food was the freshest and tastiest I?ve gotten from any Popeye?s in years! Thank you, Franklin Popeye?s!!! We will definitely be by again?. Next time not so close to closing time. :/ Read more
3.39 for 3 bits of Mac n cheese using the spork provided. The portion is NOT worth the price. Do better
I?ve never experienced a more rude staff. There is no harm at all in being kind, especially when your job is taking care of the... drive-thru. I understand it gets stressful and customers can be very difficult but to someone that simply asked a question andapparently did not hear the first ?give me a minute? - being hollered at was a little uncalled for. This is the second time I?vefelt degraded going through their drive-thru. Lesson learned. Read more
Rediculous! Went on and ordered and waited 45 minutes! This is totally unacceptable. My grandson ordered a 4 pc spicy meal, why... did he have to wait an extra 35 minutes and then put the chicken down and another 10 minutes to get it. The red beans and ricewasn't cooked properly. We came off the highway for this! Totally poorly ran and so unorganized. Get it together y'all can dobetter than this. Take bloody pride in your job please! Read more
Hey! It's Popeye's! Guaranteed great Chicken! The staff who we had interactions with were "decent" to "great!" The only issue I... encountered was the cleanliness of the dining area. We had to clean our own table before we could sit and eat. This is somethingI don't like. Owners are paying employees more and are charging more for their meals. I understand why .. so I'm frustrated asto why they can't clean the dining area? I'm sure there are fewer customers choosing to eat inside so keeping the dining areaclean shouldn't be an issue.
