Ordered a pizza for delivery last night, when it got there, the driver took out of carrier and gave to me, the box wasn?t even... warm to the touch, take it in, and open it, and it was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting for a while. Order from them a lot. On a first name basess with most of the drivers. Normally food is always hot and delivery fast. (I also... always tip the driver). Only when door dash delivers is when it takes forever. Because they can't keep no help. Lot of timespeople from other stores have to come work. Overall service is good. Food is good also. Read more
Most horrible customer service ever. Took over two hours to even find out that my pizzas were still in the oven got a refund and... they said they will still deliver it. 30 Mins later I call them and there response oh yeah we forgot to send it with the driver,do you still want it. In my order was an 8 piece of Buffalo wings, when I opened the box I realized they looked darker than usual and the sauce was... every where! I quickly found out the wings were darker because they were originally BBQ wings but I guess they felt it wouldn'tbe noticed. If they had just delivered BBQ wings yes I would've been upset but I would've ate them. My problem is that they knewthey messed up my order yet sent it out anyways. I truly hope the person that messed up my order doesn't continue to do this andput someone in the hospital because of a food allergy. Read more
Tried to order pizza over phone. Placed order for 2 medium pizzas (the special) for $14 carryout but was told no carryout. At... 9:30. So I said fine delivery. Then she told me no medium pizzas. I could get any other size. Then I ask for a discount for notgetting the special and she refused to give a discount. Poorest pizza place I have ever seen. I will not have papa John's everagain!!! Its always a drag when you walk in. You never get really greeted with a smile. It honestly seems like a bunch of people who just... hate their job. Don't call in either of something gets messed up because you will get nowhere. The best part of this place isthe occasional friendly delivery driver that doesn't drive like a maniac and destroy your pizza before I gets there. Read more
