Service is mediocre , you can hear when someone smiles while they are talking and they did not sound happy at all, more like... miserable. The food was cold when I got it and a few things left out. Our 3rd time for big breakfast and it is delicious. The same woman very kindly brings our food every time. This is the best McDonald's that I've ever been to hands down! Great customer service no matter if I go through the drive... through or if I dine in. And their food is always fresh. I have spent over 45 minutes on the phone on hold trying to file a complaint with this McDonald's. Upon going through the... drive through I gave them my code for 20 percent off and they said pull around . After realizing they didn't give me my 20percent discount I used through my mobile app I asked if they could do anything to fix this . They were extremely rude Irecorded it all on my phone on video . I never was able to speak with the manager and now my code is gone to waste and then thelady came back and said the manager is requesting that I give the food back to them and they will refund my entire order sounder the impression I had no other choice I gave them my food back that I had already started eating. This is extremelyunprofessional and I have it all on video . I was told the managers name is renae and that I couldn't speak to her because shewas in a meeting. I went through the drive through at approximately 430pm in a silver Toyota camry . They asked for my card sothat they could refund the entire order I had . I am outraged and feel as if I'm being discriminated against because of my raceand I'm submitting the videos on social media.
