A solid 4.5 stars! Delicious food and great service. The fresh baked bread was right out of the oven. The bison burger was huge... and a table favorite. Also delicious was the buffalo chicken wrap. The ranch dressing was the best I?ve ever tasted! Make sureto ask for the liquid butter sauce?you will thank me later! It is fondly called ?liquid crack? by the locals (honey, butter,cinnamon etc). It is wonderful on a sweet potato, the fresh bread, the sweet potato fries?just about anything! The portions arelarge, prices are fair, and seating is plentiful. Large parties are very easily accommodated in the expansive dining rooms, andparking is ample. The interior decor is warm with exposed brick and a real Colorado feel. Bonus: Bathrooms were clean. And,location is super convenient placed just off I65. If driving through, it?s a sure bet for a good meal. Read more
First timer. Late lunch early dinner. Not to crowded. Spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer was good not great. Ribeye... dinner however may have been the best steak I've had in recent memory! Perfectly prepared as ordered and wonderfully seasoned. It off the area but I'll be back before we leave. Oh did I mention the service? If you've met Lily, you already know it'stoo notch. Read more
This is a very unique place located kind of in the middle of nowhere but has great food great service in a very unique interior.... My wife's bison burger was grilled and was exceptionally good. Hubby had been craving steak, and when we saw this was just across the road from the hotel it was a no brainier! Friendly... service, a good variety of choices on the menu but of course he had to have the prime rib which is only available after 4pm on aFriday, thank goodness it was 4.15 on a Friday! His prime rib was huge and delicious as were my chicken tenders, each with twosides there was way too much for us to finish. The decor is amazing with animal scenes and a waggon suspended above the bar. Read more

Delicious, we had the ribeyes and baked potatoes. Excellent. Highly recommend the hot wings. We have eaten alot of wings at... different places, these were far the best we have ever had!! Received great service despite newly opened. Bread & side salads came quickly. Main course followed. Their top sirloin steak was... a little surprising when it arrived-- it was so thin! However, I'm sure still 6 oz and thin=more tender. The parmesan flakes onthe red mashed potatoes were great. The chicken on the Alfredo was salty. Enough to take home for lunch, too. It was quitenoisy. They were pleasantly busy at the time. Need more things to dampen the room chatter. We enjoyed their White House TNlocation better (it was for lunch). This will be a lunchtime fav for us, and a dinner place to entertain guests. Read more
The food was great, very fresh and nice portions. Service was alright. They had a Somewhat kind waiting staff but we felt... neglected and unattended the entirety of the night. (Waited over 40 minutes for the food). I feel the experience could have beenbetter albeit they may have just had a rough night. Not my go to dinner spot, but I'd come again ???? Read more
