Showed up to get my mobile pickup order, that was ready for pickup, but the doors are locked. No way of canceling the order for... $35 worth of food, so I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes, to be handed the food that was ready for pickup 40 minutesprior. Waited in drive-thru for 45 min with a mobile app order and was told they were out of what I ordered and paid for. Canceled... mobile order then was told that I had to pull back around and wait another 45 min to place a new order. Then the two workersscreamed and cussed at us when we asked for a manager. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Read more

Very busy place, but was loaded with friendly workers who were doing the best they could to keep up. I?ve never seen so many... people working that hard at a Taco Bell to put out orders. The sauce packets were so organized that I HAD to write this joint a review! Us and the guys stopped for brunch. TOP NOTCH. The... kitchen staff was super clean and QUICK! Happy to have stopped by. We got the new deluxe box here thanks to the recommendation of the drive through employee. I absolutely LOVED the cantina... chipotle chicken taco that came in the box. I didn't expect the chicken to be as crunchy as I was, and for it to come withlettuce, tomatoes, and chipotle sauce for the price! I hope this stays around for a long time! Read more

Such a clean and efficient restaurant! These workers should train other workers at other Taco Bell locations! Love the open... concept where you can see your food being prepared (behind a glass wall, of course). Read more

We went through and asked for plain chalupas at the speaker but when we started pulling forward the screen looked like it didn?t... have the modifications for no tomatoes/lettuce/sour cream. I could?ve read it wrong when we started pulling forward but when wedouble checked at the window the lady said they looked plain to her. We thought we were good so we didn?t double check the food,which was a mistake on our part, don?t get me wrong. We just got home and now our cousin can?t eat them because he?s allergic totomatoes. Taco Bell food is what it is everywhere, nothing wrong. Dining room not open. Drive through attendant was not in a great mood.... No sauces or napkins. We ended up getting drive through and eating outside. It was dirty and littered with cigarette butts. Read more
