It is rare that both my wife and I get exactly what we didn't know we wanted. The Mac Daddy was absolutely delicious. It has a... nice BBQ flavor to the creamy sauce and the brisket was cut into large chunks similar to burnt ends. The beer was excellent aswell. Read more
Beer was good, just a terrible experience dining in. Thinking they might have staffing issues. On a Monday for dinner, it was a... 35min wait for a table and then over 45min once we ordered for food. The food tasted fine, smallish portions. Waitress barelychecked on us and no apologies/acknowledgement for the lack of service. Not in a rush to go back unless I hear service hasimproved. Read more
Great local brewery with fantastic beer! Some people got a little loud drinking too much, next to us, which is what I hate about... bars. I think maybe the place crosses the line from brewery to bar. Otherwise, decent food, and a unique place for the area. Topnotch. Read more
This is the absolute best place we've been to in a long time. We are from out of town and we saw this place downtown and decided... to check it out. It hands down was an amazing experience. The wait time wasn't too long even though it's a beautiful night, theygot people in quickly. The food was amazing, we had the pretzel bites, spinach artichoke dip, caprese pizza, and bbq sandwich.As well as 2 flights of beers which were so good we ordered a draft of them. Don't even get me started on our server Lisa, talkabout an amazing sweet human being, she was so attentive and so kind, she said she is usually an awkward person but I didn'tnotice at all. The live music, Stella?s Black Rose played and were super awesome! We spoke with the owner Rick to tell him aboutour experience and why we were in town, for my husbands birthday, and he was so nice in giving him a free pint glass as we werewalking out. Enjoyed a pleasant lunch in their all weather really cool patio, with the convertible roof! Had a fresh pint and lunch. Had... fancy grilled cheese on nan bread with awesome slaw, also had brat bites with fancy hot mustard?brews were great food awesomefun time with great service. Read more
Excellent beer with a great atmosphere! We always sit outside because we bring our dog. The back area is covered and heated in... the colder season. The food is pretty good, yet nothing to write home about. We got the pretzel appetizer, chili, and grainbowl. The chili wasn?t the best. I liked my grain bowl except they were out of eggs and it would have been better with a friedegg (because everything is, really). We?ll definitely be back, though, since we always bring our doggo when we go to Frankfort. Read more
