Wanted breakfast, but wanted something different so I stopped at Wendy's to see what they had. Pulled into drive-thru and only 2... cars ahead of me which was great cause I was starving, lol. The lady who took my order thru the speaker box and I'm assuming tomy money was very pleasant and courteous. The manager who handed my food out to me, Jessica, was also very kind and patient as Iwound up needing to change my drinks from 2 cokes to a coffee and a milk. The food was hot, the service was fast and veryfriendly, and most importantly, they did not forget a single item if my order. I even got plenty of napkins without having toask. Men's restroom was gross and had non-functional urinal with pool of urine in it. Women's restroom was cold. Lobby needed... attention. Inaccurate order fulfillment. Overall just a disappointing visit. There is room from much improvement. Read more
I don't know how an entire restaurant smells of body odor but this one does. Put in a simple order for a number one, single... plain with cheese. Had to repeat myself twice. Got to listen to the manager lecture both employees behind the counter aboutwearing their full and proper uniforms twice. The cashier couldn't give me back proper change off a twenty nor did she rememberto give me my cup or what size to give me. You're pretty much on the honor system with them. Finally, the drink machine wasempty of everything but flat Coke. At least they refunded me when my burger wasn't plain. Read more
