I went thru drive thru actually on lunch hour took over 20 mins to even get to order I ordered a Nacho box and my passenger had... a separate order we both had nacho fries though and we both complained of them being cold as well as we were trying to add onfood she told us we can't add on at WIndow no more and fries are not cold I said to us they are she said you will have to comein to get fresh we have ppl behind you to serve I Said no you need to take care of us first were on lunch and only had 30 min asit is we don't got time to come in nor circle back around she said I'm not authorized to give refunds I said well get yourmanager she refunded my passengers food though told me she couldn't mine manager finally came up and was rude told me I neededto get gone if I wasn't coming in I said just give me my money back . I gave her a 50 how you only get 9 something back all Iordered was a nacho fry box looks like she rang up the deluxe and thought I gave her a twenty only thing I can figure hermanager wouldn't take time to listen about the money shut window and said she was calling police gave them my license plate Ihave horrible experience always at this location which is east side. I will be contacting corporate as well because they can'tjust take my money. Read more

Would?ve gave 0 if I could?ve. For one y?all don?t answer the phone. Ever. My entire $40 order was messed up. Mexican pizza had... to be sitting there and warmed back up from a previous order with how soggy the bottom shell was, the quesadilla wasn?t steamedso the cheese wasn?t melted. Everything I asked for no tomato on bc my daughter is allergic had tomatoes on it. Left one of myburritos out, chalupa and taco had lettuce when I asked for none on there. This is ridiculous at this point it?s your employeesnot reading the screen I?ve worked fast food it?s not that hard to read a screen and bag food correctly. Read more
Something is very wrong with this Taco Bell. I am a Taco Bell Rewards member. Every time I have tried to order a breakfast... quesadilla combo or box from this place, the app will say that it is out of stock, even after the recent major app update, but Ican order it just fine from another Taco Bell. This place will make it if I try to order one from the drive thru, but there isa 50% chance that they will claim that their receipt printer is not working, preventing me from being able to claim the rewardspoints. Corporate should investigate what is going on here. Read more
My daughter and I stopped here a couple weeks ago for a quick evening snack. We sat in my car and ate. Service was great, they... were all friendly in the drive through and the food hot and delicious! Thank you all for being outstanding. Read more
Absolutely abysmal. Quite possibly the worst single fast food restaurant I have had the misfortune to eat at. Every single time... I have eaten at this Taco Bell after the morning/lunch hours, I am treated to what can only be described as slop. Until now Ijust looked the other way because, let's face it, fast food is rarely all that well made, but this is just unacceptable. How isit that I can go to this place during the lunch hour and have a perfectly decent experience, but anytime I go in the afternoon Iget food that looks like it was made in a washing machine. Today I tried the new Cantina Chicken Tacos, as shown in the picturebelow. 5 dollars for two half empty tortillas with two inches of rubberized chicken each. Never again. Do yourself a favor anddrive across town to the other Taco Bell, or hell, drive to one in Georgetown. Cold food is at least edible. Read more
I love Taco Bell, but this location is terrible. No meat on the tacos (see my photo), stale tortillas (hard when they should be... soft), stale hard taco shells or broken. This place is just not good and I am disappointed because it is the location nearestme. Please try a little harder for the customers who love Taco Bell. As you can see in my photo, barely any meat and even lesscheese. I was already home when I saw it or I would have said something. Read more
