Terrible customer service. The owner was rude to my son and clearly did not want to toast his sandwich. I paid nearly $33.00 for... 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. The Diet Coke was flat so I grabbed another cup to get a different drink and the owner accused me ofstealing an extra drink. I will never return to this store after such a humiliating experience. Customer service was as bad as the sandwich. Pulled into the drive through, asked for honey oat bread person was very rude... about not having it. After opening up the sandwich it wasn't enough meat to make a 6" let along the foot long I ordered. It wasa waste of time and money. I honestly would have been better off going anywhere else or just making a sandwich at home. Read more

We visit this area often but never been here. We went through the drive thru and ordered two sandwiches. I like how they make... them as we tell them the order but they should really work on their communication with the customers. Also it would be awesomeif you could guide us like you do in the store (start with meat and cheese and toasted or not then move on to the vegetables).I'm sure it depends on who is working, but it would be easier then to ask what do you want and the customer has to repeat theorder 10 times. Also, at this location they put very little meat on my sub, mostly bread, some veggies, and mayo. Read more
