We ordered CURBSIDE I called the store to let them know I was there. Got hung up on we sat for 10 minutes and my husband... decided to walk in to get it. It was just sitting on the counter getting cold while the guy at the end just stood there waitingon the next customer to walk down the line. (Watching from the car) he told my husband oh well people usually just come in toget it. Well we?ve both been working all day and didn?t really feel like coming in looking the way we did. It's great when it's open but it never seems to be open anymore. I call-no answer, I go- empty and doors locked. One time I went... at about 4pm on a weekday, saw there were two employees behind the counter talking, so I walked in. I asked them if I could paywith paypal, he answered and helped best he could, but then when I went to order he said "actually we're closed." ??? Somethingabout a catch up day, I don't remember, but I don't know how they get any business when you never know if they're open or not. Read more

Understaffed and understocked. Every time I stop here, they are out of at least one thing I am there to get. 4pm and they are... out guacamole, seared vegetables, and most of their meats, mind you they are supposed to make it another 6 hours with that kindof stock. Before walking out, I was able to hear the couple in front of me tell the line worker "just give me whatever you DOhave" after being told they were out of three things back to back. The last two times I've tried to go early enough to catchthem before they ran out of everything, they refuse to take my order stating they were only accepting online orders. I guessthis is the manager's solution to his staff and stocking problems, just deny the majority of the customer base service. I'vegiven this location far too many second chances, three this week in fact, none of which resulted in me getting an order placed,but I do not plan to continue wasting my time here any more. Never even got to eat here. Pulled in at 11:30 a.m., online and on their door it says they open at 11. Door was locked, informed... by another customer sitting in their vehicle waiting "they said they would open in another half hour, they don't have enoughpeople." I don't know how many people you need but we could clearly see 5 behind the counter through the windows. Won't bestopping here again when I can be at the Chipotle in Hamburg before they ever decide to open up their doors. Read more

Absolute garbage. I don't know who else eats Mexican food without fajita veggies but I have gone 7 different times IN A ROW, no... exaggeration, and they haven't had them once. I don't know how many chances I have to take but at this point I feel like I'dhave a better chance of winning the lottery over getting veggies. Chipotle please ????! Read more

I ordered through the app. The burrito was poorly wrapped and fell apart after opening. The rice was so salty that it was hardly... edible. I counted 5 pieces of chicken while suffering through the first half of the burrito. I could not finish the remaininghalf and had to throw it away. I basically payed $9 for rice and veggies with chicken flavoring doused in salt. Read more
