I ordered a regular sub and there was only one other customer in the store. I got home and discovered they only gave me a small... sub and when I tried to call, they would not answer! The food was okay I had ordered double meat and double cheese on my sandwich I really didn't get the double meat or the double... cheese. And to be honest with you the restaurant could use a good cleaning it was pretty nasty. And the music was so loud thatyou could not hear the person sitting right across from you talking. Read more

I ordered a large steak and cheese, half of it just steak and cheese other half steak cheese with mayonnaise and mustard with a... medium fry, I got a large steak and cheese with onions, mushrooms and banana peppers. I took the sandwich back to the counterand told them what I had ordered. I waited for 10 minutes and went back to the counter and my sandwich was still not ready. Atthis time had been in the restaurant 30 minutes for a steak and cheese and medium fries, the most basic sandwich you can order.There were 5 people working with 2 guys just standing around while the others were making other sandwiches, at this time Irequested a refund. The manager offered no apology for the wait or the incorrect order. I got my refund called other PennStation across town ordered the same sandwich and it was ready when I arrived. The lack of training and terrible customerservice are reasons I will not visit this location again. Read more
