2nd UPDATE: I am attaching a screen shot from the stores manager I just received! UPDATE: I have been contacted by the store... numerous times late at night and again just now. the guy was extremely rude with me and basically threatened me about living badreviews. I have already been in contact with corporate and I told him they would be handling the situation from here on out. Hehung up! POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUISNESS! Management needs to be giving some training on customer care that's for sure! If I couldgive no starts I would definitely give NEGATIVE stars. We ordered pizza from them September 18, 2022 and it was by far the worstexperience I have ever had dealing with a restaurant! The manager Rachel and Anthony were nothing but rude and wouldn't listento what I was trying to explain to them after making my order online I realized we had made a mistake and added bacon to ourcheese sticks. I called the store immediately to ask them to please take the bacon off and was told NO! They could no do thatbecause it was my mistake for ordering online. I then proceeded to ask them to send out regular cheese sticks and I would paythe price. They tried to charge my 18.79 for one order of 12-inch cheese sticks. RIDICULOS! I told them just to forget it and westill did not receive our pizza until an hour or so afterwards. The pizza was cold and wasn't even cut nor was the cheesesticks. Im not sure what this company is doing but I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere! SInce I havecontacted corporate to see what I can get done there since Rachel and Anthony didn't want to help with the situation. I was evenhung up on three times. Once I took the first survey they tried called me three times back to back well after 10pm and by thistime we were already in bed. Absolutely poor excuse for a pizza business. I believe all the employees there could use trainingon how to treat customers because they sure had no skills in that area at all! Read more

Terrible customer service. I paid over the phone and they Asked for my email address but I never received the payment... confirmation. I called the Papa John?s store and they said it shows I paid the amount and before I could say anything they hungup on me. What kind of service is that????? Really you?re going to hang up on a customer. Upper management and owner needs toknow about that. It?s the 569 east Main Street Frankfort Ky location. I didn?t have to order from them, could have been anotherpizza place. Read more

App told us or was ready for pickup. When we got there it wasn't. Had to wait 15 - 20 minutes. Still no pizza. Went inside to... get it. Order was wrong. Place sucks. Read more

I ordered a works pizza online. I got a message that my pizza was ready but had to wait 15 more minutes for it. It didn't have... have the half the ingredients. It didn't have Canadian bacon, mushrooms and black olives. It was a true disappointment. Read more

I ordered a large three toppings pizza to be delivered ($18.23). When it was delivered, I paid $18.23+tip. On my paypal account... they charged me an additional $49.23 for Doordash. I called the Manager at Papa Johns on East Side, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601and asked for his name three times. He hung up on me and the store would not answer my call again. My advice is do not orderfrom Papa Johns on East Side, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. They are not honest or professional. You cannot trust them. TheManager does not care about their customers. Three strikes and your out. I?ll drive across town before I order another pizza from this location. Never have, out of 3 orders,... gotten a pizza that was correct. Missing toppings, pizza was way over cooked one time. 2nd time all the toppings were in thecenter and paid for extra butter cups that weren?t received. Lastly, the 3rd strike came today. Asked for extra toppings andthere wasn?t any of that topping, along with extra butter cups paid for and not received. So. Good Luck, I wish you well, butyou have lost my business. I ordered over the phone for carry out. When I arrived I immediately spotted my order on their ?ready? shelf and it took almost... 10 minutes for someone to address me as I waited there at the counter. Yea I know, 10 minutes isn?t that long, but it is whenyour food is ready to go and literally nobody is paying attention to the counter. And it?s not like they were even swamped. Oneguy was even walking around not even working just socializing with the other employees. I eventually had to speak up and getsomeone?s attention so that I could get my pizzas and go. Gave two stars because at least the food was ready when I got there?this wasn?t the first bad experience with this location. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
