I ordered through the app. and had it delivered curbside. They had both drinks that I did get wrong and completely forgot to... bring the third one so I had to go inside to get the right ones. The Mac n cheese tasted soured. I love their Mac n cheese andthis is the first time it?s tasted bad and myself, my husband and one of the kids decided to throw it out because of the taste.Ishould have taken it back, but it was easier to just let it slide. And if the drive through is busy then you had better bededicated to making it all the way to the window, no matter the time it takes to get there. Cause once you?re in line thereain?t no gettin out.. Chick-fil-A has the best fast food ever. There is a reason why when you see a Chick-fil-A the lines are always wrapped around... the building. But they train their employees good because even though there are long lines ,there are hardly any wait times andthey're always friendly and sweet and very accurate with your order. Went through drive thru. Car in front of me had a big mobile order that they couldn't find. So we waited 20 minutes to have our... order taken. We pull up manager came and told us they were switching from people outside taken order. To going to use the menuboard. So we wait for them to switch it's now 27 minutes waiting to place order. They take order take my name. Even read myorder back to me. So we get up to get meal 34 minutes in line now. They don't have no clue about my meals I ordered. I askedwhat happened they don't know. I asked to speak to manager. She came to car window and she was like deer in headlights. Didn'tknow what happened. But wanted to retake order. I said we have to weight another 10 minutes to get what we ordered. She didn'tknow how long it was going to be. She should have said let me take your order and it's on us. But she didn't know what to do.Should take care of customer that keeps coming back. Don't know when we will be back. Love that it was on our side of town. Eatthere 5 to 6 times a month. Super AMAZING Staff and employees!! Chris, thank you again so much for your donation to our CACH Beta Club today!! We "paid it... forward" by making about 150 dogs treats and took them and donations of food and supplies down to the FC Humane Society today.We gave each and every doggie a treat (or 2), as well as loved on them. We love to eat here, but unfortunately the last couple of visits hasn?t been the best experience. The sandwich buns haven?t been... fresh and have fallen apart, the food isn?t warm (even though we dined in), and it took a little over ten minutes to receive ourfood with not many customers in the dining room. Waiting over ten minutes isn?t a huge deal, but it is fast food. There wasalso an employee face timing someone in the dining room which was very loud.
