Absolutely fantastic !! Seems one if the few fast food places were the quality is still most important. It's made fresh right... then. The breads are made fresh in store everyday. Nothing is slopped on. If it's not right 3 people are there to see it's up tothe standards of the Company's guidelines. You can basically order it custom from your pickles & cucumbers cut in 1/2 theamount of ice in Your drink No matter how small the detail, nothing is just good enough. The female manager single handily tookthe orders, made about 6 sandwich's complex multiple different choices, and collected the money, bagged and served them in about2 minutes and everyone was perfect. A true rare gem. Shows that the owner down to a new employee all have the same goal in mind.Right attitude, trained right, do it right, care about what what you do. Fast food as any food service business the margins arevery tight. Seeing local other places offering $15.00 an hour and struggling to find people even at that rate. Somehow thislocation is able to bring in a few great employees over just a bunch of employees. Willing to put pride in their work. As expected, except they charged me my reward without actually giving it to me. We had left the drive thru and we're back on... the road before we realized they did not give us the cookie, and we did not have time to go back. Edited: lowered to one starbecause they did it again. This time my reward was charged without my asking and without them telling me or giving it to me. When I complained they said they didn't do it, but my rewards history says it was redeemed today. Stopped in around noon on the Sunday before Thanksgiving for some lunch. Food was great. Facilities were nice and clean. 3... visibly present employees. And our 4 sandwiches still took over 8 minutes to get. No other issues in this great experience. Read more
Frankfort Jimmy John's always has the nicest staff, freshest ingredients and very clean atmosphere. It is true that they get... your sandwich to you very fast but they are also friendly and personable while doing so. I find that to be a rare treat intoday's fast-paced world. Read more
