Dine in experience. Inexperienced staff but a manager that knew what was up. My sandwich was made sub par so I stopped up to... ask the manager if I can get some tune on the sandwich and he immediately had a brand-new one made up for me that tasted fineand had plenty of tuna. I wanted yellow mustard but I was told it was in packets.I asked them to put the yellow mustard... on the sandwich so I didn't have to open it in my car and make a big mess. I work close to this Jimmy Johns and get it when I?m desperate at lunch. They always take like 30mins to an hour. It?s why I... don?t tip on the app because the wait times are absolutely ridiculous; I?ll usually tip in person when I can. AVOID ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE. I ordered more than an hour ago. It took half an hour for my two sandwiches to be marked "out... for delivery," and 30 minutes later they still haven't arrived. I could literally have walked to the restaurant and back in 30minutes. This is so far from acceptable from a restaurant with the "subs so fast you'll freak" tagline, and it's not the firsttime, either. I give anyone a pass on a bad day, but this is a pattern now.
