I received a... chicken sandwich instead of a wrap..my sister received a wrap no sauce ..my mother received fries Instead of wedges...when Ifinally did receive my wrap no sauce and was full of tomatoes which I said no to. Im just shocked that they messed up this badwith no one even in restaurant..server could care less..never even got refills. This place has gone downhill so bad. Read more

Went in at 2pm on a Saturday. Food was great but our waitress Sable had her head buried in her phone or was talking to other... waitstaff. I had to walk over to her and ask for refills on our drinks at which point another table took that opportunity to gether to attend to them as well. She was nice but just not attentive at all. We went up there for wings and to watch Monday Night Football. Wings were good. They changed the pretzels which i didn't like as... much. I felt bad because they were so understaffed. And they had so many TV's it was hard to figure out where to look at first. But the one server that was there was outstanding! They should pay her double!! Read more

I think these BW3 franchise locations are steadily declining, including this one. Food was mediocre, iced tea looked like filthy... dish water & tasted bitter, had to ask for everything because it either wasn't on the table already (ketchup, etc) or wasn'tbrought when we got our appetizers (plates), hard to locate staff to help & there were only 4 occupied tables in the diningarea, so it wasn't crazy busy at all. The a/c made the dining room freezing. Several people were wearing jackets due to this, including myself. The women's bathroom smelled disgusting like a state park toilet. I give our waiter credit tho.. he was ayoung kid doing the best he could. Read more

I have had problems with the Frankfort location before, I feel it is managed very poorly. I usually go to the Tinley Location... and they do a good job. I did happen to go to the Frankfort location out of convenience recently and once again they screwed upmy order and had to remake it, they weren't even that busy. I got wings with various sauces. An order of over $20 and the wingswere extremely dry, almost as if they cooked them hours or days before and than just microwaved them to heat them back up. Therewas barely any sauce on them and lacked flavor. I don't even understand how the manager could allow food to leave that kitchenlike that. I have had convenience store wings out of the frozen food section that was better quality. I won't return to theFrankfort location, but I am glad the Tinley location at least is still good. For the Frankfort, IL location. Many other locations will go over what you ordered when it?s ready. This location did not. I... waited 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Received it and got to my car and they forgot 4 items. 2 of which Ididn?t notice until after I got home. I went back inside for 2 of the items they forgot (where they gave me attitudeabout). Overall the food was fine(for the food that was remembered), but service was lacking. Restaurant was dead. I had apickup at 1pm. If it was prime time I could maybe understand this lack of service and attention. Read more

The restaurant was clean. Our server, Xavier was great! He brought out our order in a timely fashion, a got the entire order... right, and everything was hot! Honestly, our dining experience was just as it was prior to Covid. Thank you BWW for a greatdining experience and for hiring a friendly and attentive server. We'll definitely be back soon. ?? The food was really good. Our server (ally?) was FANTASTIC. But WHY does this location insist on seating all customers at... adjacent tables???? There is this concept called social distancing, maybe you've heard of it. Seriously this is a hugerestaurant, and it was my family and 4 other families, not that busy, but they put us all in a corner at adjacent tables. What.The. Heck. There is plenty of room for everybody, but you put us all within arms reach of each other. Read more
