Ordered a Dave's single and a classic crispy chicken. Got the Dave's single and a grilled chicken. Didn't think it was a huge... deal because they may have just ran out of their crispy chicken patties. I did not receive a recipt so it was not until I lookedat my bank app when I found that I ended up getting charged $18.69 for two sandwiches when both sandwiches cost less than $6each. Read more
This is the Framingham store and they have got it together. I have not seen another Wendy's run like this one. If you get... something wrong in your order it didn't happen at this Wendy's. They have the nicest employees and the cleanest restaurant. Ichallenge you to find a better Wendy's. Read more
Got over charged for a cold brew and cheeseburger. Mishandling of funds on Wendy's end. Went in and asked for milk in my coffee... you think I was a alien or something. Does anyone understand English? They were rude and waited 10 minutes to get waited on.Allthey did was stand there on their phones talking amongst each other as I waited patiently. Burger was ice cold lettuce was oldmayo tasted sour. Wonder why the salmonella pandemic is everywhere. Poor customer service Wendy's Of course they told me managernot in. Spicy chicken sandwhich was rubbery and bland- could not finish the sandwhich due to this. Portions are smaller than other... Wendy's locations, as the chicken floated inside the breading. Avoid this location- you are not getting what you expect. Read more
EDITED TO ADD AND RE-RATE: Well. Since I wrote my initial 5-star review many months ago, I have twice been shorted in my order,... most recently yesterday. They shorted me an order of nuggets as part of the "4 for $4" promotion inside a $12 order. Not a giantorder, not tiny. I called to let them know. I'm not turning around my car to fetch a buck's worth of nuggets. Regardless of thecleanliness of the store or the temperature of the food, or the friendliness of the staff, if you don't actually put the food inthe bag effectively robbing me, you earn a 1 star review. They get one more chance with me to pay attention. There's anotherWendy's 3 miles down the same road. Initial review follows. --------------- This is a newer Wendy's. They are clean fresh andhot.
