My wife went into the store of 400 cochituate rd framingham in target. She has a heart condition where caffeine can affect her... heart because of SVT and AFib. When she ordered her drink for a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino decaf. the two individualswhere we're young boy who were chit-chatting with a friend who came to visit rather than paying attention to their work. The boyadmitted when he handed her the drink that he had messed up the order by not putting the whipped cream on the bottom with thechocolate which she was okay with but upon going home she try the drink and noticed Not only was the drink made wrong flavorwise but that there was caffeine init and I am very upset because my wife Health was in danger because these two individuals didnot listen when she told him she needed decaf because of her heart condition. Normally I?m a fan of Starbucks because they have a stronger dark roast for their black coffee, but what I received was closer... to a hot water instead of a black coffee. Had to toss it because it tasted like just water. Staff was nice though. Read more
