Definitely one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. All employees have bad attitude and the food and drinks were... disappointing. You have to make your own iced coffee. McDonald's never disappoints but this one did. Oh well, it is on route socan't be that picky. Read more
Attempted to pay multiple times with my credit card. A young cashier informed me it was declined each time. I thought this was... odd so I called my credit card and while I was on hold, told her I would pay in cash. The young cashier told me all she hadwere pennies. Nothing else. So I tried my debit card. It never asked for my pin number just immediately was "declined" again. At this point a manager came over and asked if I had cash. I told her I did but that I didn't want my change in allpennies. She informed me that they in fact did have more than just pennies in their drawers. I then got through to someone atmy credit card company and big surprise, no transaction from McDonald's had ever gone through. My card had never been declined. I have no idea what game the young cashier was playing but she should be reprimanded and her interactions with customerswatched closely. Read more
Its your typical McDonald's. Service is fine. Staff greet and welcome you. Place is clean. Infact I've been 2x in the evening... after 8p and 4x in the afternoons. Its usually clean. Fries are small though but otherwise its the typical McDonald's i findaround. Yes when you want something fast and warm, definitely passby. Read more
This is NOT a 5-star comment. 10 dollars crispy chicken meal. Seriously? Was the 8 dollars out of 10 for my coke and fries?
I eat here more often than I like to admit. The food is consistent McDonald's quality but the service is hit or miss. On Monday... after a noticable wait they shoved two sandwiches into a cookie bag. The next day they sped through a huge line inminutes. Definitely a reliable place to order from while traveling on the pike, but because it's on the pike you never knowwhat to expect. Read more
We stop here and decided to get food at McDonald's we buy 4 meals after I completed my order I ask to the hispanic manager to... bag my order in separate bags. Her rude answer was I will see if i can. She didnt listen, because she gave me my order in 2bags 3 meal in bigger bag one meal in the separate small bag. I don't know how hard it may have been for her to put each meal inseparated bags, no customer service at all. I have to ask for my cups for the drinks. They were arguing with me about it givingme my drinks mentioning i have received them. Clearly I had not or I wouldnt you be asking for something for them. Pleaseretrain your people about how important customer service is. If you don't have customer service at all this is not the type jobyou need to have. Read more
Taking order correctly, giving the burger to the customer and receiving correct amount of money are something they couldn?t.
