Service was good nice n clean,not been to a IHOP for age's and wasn't disappointed,the sausages seemed a lot smaller????
The Colorado omelette and buttermilk pancake were delicious. Probably the best omelette I've had in a while.
I?ve ordered from this location MULTIPLE TIMES and every time I?ve waited for my delivery and the store has taken so long to... make the order it gets canceled!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this location it?s so far from even remotely acceptable it?s crazy. Absolutely terrible food. I honestly wasn't expecting much. This was supposed to be a treat for my 5 year old nephew. I ordered... off their "hoppy hour" menu and was served a cold breakfast burrito with hash browns so stale I was concerned for my teeth. Theiced coffee was diluted and old. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Service wasfriendly however and they took back the burrito. Superb! Had the steak salsa omlet with cheese; 3 buttermilk pancakes. All were very hot, pancakes were piping hot and not... dehydrated. Coffee was nice and strong and super hot! Server was very pleasant, prompt, didn't rush us. We were very happywith our dinner. One note; it was a Tu night and not terribly busy, so I believe it was a good time to dine there. Read more
I agree with the 3.8. service was really slow and sporadic. It wasn't that busy but the waiter kept forgetting things. Food was... average, very clean location, and staff were slow but friendly. Read more
The first time with IHOP was good. That's why we went back to get some more food. The service was fine, even though there was... only 1 person serving. It took an hour-ish for us to get food. We were fine waiting, but this is what we got lol. I don't knowhow can someone messed up a sunny side up, beef was bad and sweet. The omelettes was good or I was just hungry. The food was fresh. The manager was super sweet, and also some of the other staff. They have one waitress there that is a... disaster, I did not get her name... But believe me I will never sit in her section again. I recently visited the Framinghamlocation this Sunday 12/3/22 around 8 am. Upon arrival I waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which was no problem. I dounderstand that businesses are overloaded and the workers are under worked. While being seated, I stopped the waitress and toldher that I did not like this seat and wanted to be seated in close to the window to get some sunshine. The reason being is thatI had just gotten off a 16 hour shift at a local nursing home and I wanted some sun. The waitress proceeded to tell me that Icould not sit there, and if I did it would take me about 1 hour to get food. I would have to wait because no one could wait onme in that area. I asked her why, because I should have a choice as to wear I want to sit. I again told her that I did not wantto sit there and she told me that this was the only place I could sit. I sat down, never mind I was highly upset. I ordered myfood. While waiting, I observed two elderly persons enter the building, they seemed to be of fairer complexion than me. Thewaiter attempted to sit them next to me on my left side, and the lady stated that she did not want to sit there. She wanted tosit in a better lit area. The waiter said no problem, and proceeded to sit them on my right side, where the sun was shining. Icould not believe this. I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. How is it that one person doesn't have a choice and theother has one. It should be that all paying customers are accommodated. Read more
