Terrible food and disrespectful employees...took like 10 minutes to get my sandwich done and it's supposed to be toasted and... it's not even hot (see picture). When i asked what's going on they went so rude answering...I'll never put my feet there again! Read more

Two terrible workers up front; first guy misheard the order and upcharged over $3 (he attempted to fix it) but we realized he... only fixed one of the mistakes and we were still upcharged with the wrong ingredients with the coffee. We mentioned to the girlmaking the coffee that it was wrong and she replied with "I'll just remake it, it's not THAT big of a deal" and when she gave usour coffees, she set them down and said "and these are BOTH with whole milk" (but with extreme attitude) before turning away. Itdoesn't sound very dramatic but the girl was very unfriendly and seemed angry about everything, which is an unfortunate qualityto be having when you're constantly interacting with the public. Great location. It was rather busy but the line moved along just fine. The manager waited on us and he was incredibly polite and... efficient. A great leader to have at that location. Read more
