They gave me hot chocolate and it looked like it had spilled on the floor, up and lid were dirty. It was disgusting, I was in... drive-thru so I went in to complain, the kid in the asked what do you want? I asked for a new cup because it was gross usingthe one he gave me. Dear Dunkin Manager/Regional Manager: If you need help maintaining your store at 1170 Worcester Road, HIRE ME AS MANAGER, I... don?t mind learning the ropes as I worked for Dunkins from 2005-2009. You?re employees here cannot handle the pressure of DriveThru clients. It takes them at least 3 minutes to successfully finalize an order. I?ve been attending this location for TWOMONTHS and only 3 times has our order been prepared successfully. 1. Bagels when asked for them toasted are RAW/untoasted,almost as if it is intentional. In the past week this has happened 5 times out of the 7 days we have been here. 2. Coffees withsplenda have sugar, which unfortunately is not right. Coffees when stated no sugar are full of sugar and hot coffees have beenserved BURNT! 3. As of 1998 Dunkin Donuts Corperate REQUIRED DRIVE THRU SIGNAGE TO BE POSTED STATING: Dozen Donuts, MultipleSandwiches (over 3) WERE NOT TO BE SERVED IN DRIVE THRU. **Go back to this** Seriously though, if you want a manager who knowshow to work turbo ovens, can handle making orders AND running the drivethru headsets, checking tempatures of milk, cream, halfand half, as well as the sandwich products such as bacon, sausage, eggs, cheese and WHO KNOWS how to keep sandwich items in thewarming unit (if they are still there) let me know! Very understaffed and I personally believe they haven't been properly trained because the drink variety is too much beyond... regular coffee for this staff! They consistently can't make Signature Lattes, Iced Mochas and any other "complicated drink".Wait times are horrendous and I imagine the 2 person staff is so cold and unfriendly due to being overworked! Please help thesepeople, they're trying there best, they need to be retrained at the very least! Read more
I arrived at 7:52 at the drive-through window. All I wanted was a cup of ice on my way to work. Nobody would answer the... drive-through speaker so I pulled up to the window at 7:56. The woman saw me and ran to the back she comes back at 7:59 tells methey're closed. I told her the window says 8 o'clock. She said she didn't have her headset on so she didn't know I was there Isaid I just need a cup of ice and she refused to open the window when it wasn't closed at all to avoid working the last 10minutes of her shift. This is the slowest Dunkin' location I ever visited. It took them forever to process the drive through order, and when I was... finally able to get the order, they forgot to put 1 of the items in the bag. I am glad I checked. When I pointed out the item(muffin) was missing, they gave it to me with no apologies. No napkins were given with the order. The worst DD I ever visited.They seem to be VERY disorganized. Read more
3 different times I've ordered grilled or toasted sandwiches, and I receive warmed bread instead for my sandwiches. Not sure if... their machines are faulty or whoever is doing sandwiches doesn't know how to use the machine but it's bad. Don't get sandwicheshere. The pictures are of a "grilled cheese". It is warm bread with melted cheese. I'm "fixing" this with the toaster at work. Read more
