When through the drive through, my first time here but it definitely won't be my last. Server was on his A game, great... personality, friendly, just wow. He definitely could bring home the bacon working tables inside. Read more
Employees are nice, however food provided is iffy. Some days it?s fine, others not. The last two times I went something in my... order needed to be sent back. I have gotten a kale salad, with barely any kale in it (just a whole bunch of cabbage) and friesthat were in small pieces (not whole - as if they all came from the bottom of the basic). I think the team should be checkingthe food before bagging it up for customers - Is it as advertised? Is it appetizing? Etc. I?ve never left a review for fast food before but the service I received from this location was outstanding! I?m not sure if... I?ll spell his name right, but Bryson (hope that?s his name) was extremely welcoming and efficient and made my fast food diningexperience feel much more than just fast food. Nov2022: 5?: This visit was a great example of what I have come to expect from a visit to any Chick-fil-A restaurant. All... aspects of my visit were on point. I observed the performance of a great cashier, a small wait time after ordering my food, aclean spot to sit and eat my lunch, and a clean restaurant overall. I had one issue with one of the chicken nuggets that didn'tappear to be fully cooked with a raw uncooked center. The other eleven were fine. Oct2022: 4?: I stopped by this location as aresult of looking for a quickie spot to get a lunch break meal today. This is the first time I have felt that I had to score aChick-fil-A lower because of a worker!! I really enjoy a quick-like restaurant where I can always count on the food quality,timeliness, and worker efficiency. I observed that the restaurant was quite full in the drive through areas, so I had enoughtime to walk inside to place my order. The location is fairly easy to locate in a mall development area tucked into quite a fewtrees hiding the signature color from immediately being seen. The restaurant itself was clean, but full of customers when Ientered. I decided to get my items to go instead. I advised the cashier I had received a birthday reward and wanted to redeemit. She took my order and acted as if I had not said I wanted to redeem the reward when I scanned the QR Code. I asked her againdirectly if she got the reward code and she said I don't see it. I asked what were you going to do other than let me go withouttelling me about the missing item. She didn't answer and just signaled to another person who promptly and correctly completedthe transaction. Add to the already bad actions, she gave me the cup filled with ice and I said I didn't want any in the cup.It's a small thing, but it's attention to detail that I really like about the workers at Chick-fil-A.
