I don?t usually leave reviews for fast food places but the employees here deserve a lot of appreciation. Every time my order is... taken here (I come a lot to get fries & nuggets for my childcare job and often have large quantities of items) they are so kindand respectful and always double check that they heard me correctly. They never forget sauce, napkins or straws. And once theyeven gave me an extra order of nuggets, intentional or not it definitely made a nugget loving kid?s day :) Once I came here andthe sweet woman @ the drive thru window told me I was the only customer to treat her with kindness that day so I made sure togive a good tip and wish the entire crew a wonderful rest of the day. Be kinder to service workers and you will receivephenomenal service back, especially at this particular location. And don?t forget to tip at drive thrus, people! Read more

This was by far probably the most clean, and most friendliest Burger King I have ever been in! We stopped on our way home from... Boston cape cod back to NY and the crew working 10/29 in the evening was the nicest friendliest bunch I have ever seen in fastfood! Interacting with the kids while we ordered and waited..kudos! You all deserve a HUGE bonus, raise! Whichever! The companyshould be proud to have all of you! Read more

I go to the Burger King in Allston Mass. and every time I go there there is something wrong with the food, today I purchased a... burger and like many times before the hamburger bun was stale and literally fell apart as I attempted to eat it. I generallywouldn't make a fuss over it but this is every single time I go there. I'm a loyal customer of this location and will continueto be I just hope something done to improve the freshness of their food. Read more

Alright, so I went on September 11, 2022, and ordered a mobile through the Burger King App. I wanted to use my Royal Perks... points, so I redeemed three items. Notice that the app does not cap you on how many you can redeem at once. I redeemed awhopper, fries, and drink. I go to the register and present my code to the man. He types it in but has trouble, and he calls hismanager ?Jeremy? he is white, has white hair and beard, and wears glasses. He walks up with attitude, scoffs at the poor man atthe register (I didn't get his name), and explains disrespectfully, ?He has a whopper, and he can't redeem the fries, and hecan't redeem the drink! If he read the sign on the wall that says limit to one coupon per person!? I tell him, ?Oh no, theremust be a misunderstanding. I am using the Royal Perks points? he responds with, ?Yes, you can only order ONE THING PER PERSON?I was in shock. The man at the register was fidgety and nervous, so I apologized and said, ?Okay, I?ll have the whopper then,and I will pay for the fries and drink? am I able to have my points back?? Jeremey said I couldn't because I already redeemedthem? Um, what? Shouldn't that mean I get those items? But I didn't want to argue, so I went along. They ignored me until myorder was ready, went back in line to order the fries and drink, and paid. I apologized to the man in the register for gettinghim in trouble, and he forgave me and explained what might have happened. But folks, this burger king is terrible service.Forget about the manager being rude to me. Who knows how he treats his employees? This comes from a manager sending one messageto another. There's no need to be disrespectful, especially towards the employees. I am more than happy to be contacted aboutthis. Those employees deserve better. Read more

They Have the Rudest , Childish, unprofessional staff on drive Through. Asked them for a moment to look at Menu. And They came... at me with why the Attitude. I asked excuse me , I just pulled up. That was my red flag. You don?t get my hard earned cash. Withthat Foolery. Good Luck to the owners with that type of service. Never Again. Thanks for keeping me away from your unpleasantexperience. This burger king used to be good but recently when my family and I went there we ordered an impossible burger and wanted to add... a slice of cheese with it but instead they refuse to add one and added two but then charged us 70 cents. When we ordered soda ittasted like sparkling water but with no flavor literally just tasted like water. I've written a negative review about their sister BK on Waverly. This location is the complete opposite of the other. This... place has an amazing staff. There's one guy that clearly loves his job and approaches his role with a smile. I wish I knew hisname, but it shows that he cares and wants to make your day better. There's also another woman at the food window that alwaystells me to have a good day and is so kind. My food always arrives hot, my orders always correct and has napkins.
