My daughter lives in Framingham and recommended Bourbon's for a family reunion. There were 7 in our party. I was surprised how... busy it was on a Tuesday night. The place was rocking! We waited over an hour for a table but no problem because we were ableto order drinks and an appetizer while we waited. The wait staff are outstanding (Josh gets a shout out). After being seated Iordered the "Perfect burger " and it lived up to it's name. My family ordered shrimp tacos, egg rolls and a chicken sandwich. All were excellent! My only issue was the loudness of the music. It made us have to shout at each other. If they dropped thevolume just a bit it would be 5 stars. Two thumbs up to our servers Marie and Christina. Fresh, tasty food with friendly service. Loudish bar atmosphere might not be for everyone but decor is cozy and clean. Their... twist on the Pu Pu platter is a very successful shareable, everything got devoured fast. Looking forward to another visit! Read more

This place really shined for being in such a small location. It's atmosphere and vibe was reminiscent of a speakeasy with the... decor and lighting. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall I'mincredibly happy with the cocktails and food. Unfortunately the only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the pork in theCuban sandwich was just too salty. I really tried to finish it but I ended up only eating half. It's my favorite sandwich and Ihad high hopes for it. I'm sure it was just an off day for the kitchen. I'd love to go back and try it again, though! Very cheerful atmosphere and from the greeter @the door 2 the waitress that served us!!! The food & drinks was beyond delicious... shout out to the chefs/bartenders!!! The service at Bourbon's was absolutely amazing. The waitress was pleasant and checked in on us frequently but not too the... extent that it was overbearing. A staff member of heard that we had tipped over a glass full of water and immediately came outto help us wipe the mess. He gave us new napkins and silverware that got wet. We enjoyed most of the food that we got. Weordered some shareables for the table. We didn't really like the peppadew peppers though which tasted too much of just ricottaand cream cheese. The truffle fries had A LOT of truffle flavor. If you love truffles, that dish is great. Some might think it'stoo much truffle flavor, but to each their own. We enjoyed everything else. I went on a friday night at 8pm. This place is very busy...which I take as a good sign. Love the vibe of this place. It's a bit... pubby and a bit trendy. Waited about an hour to sit since they do not take reservations. Started off with the dirty bird fortwo. Drink was delicious. Once seated my friends and I got more drinks. Once again, all drinks were fabulous. We ordered nachosas an app. The chips were thick, crunch, and perfectly salty. All the toppings were fresh. I am taking one star off for my mainmeal. The veggie burger with the fries was mediocre. Maybe if they substituted the veggie burger for an impossible burger itwould be better. The fries were very dry. My friend got the truffle fries and those were delicious. Def recommend substitutingfor truffle fries. Next time I am going to try the cauliflower tacos. I had a mocktail and mom had a jalapeño margaritas. My mocktail was amazing and hers was just spicy enough. We each got tacos,... kine the pork belly which were WAY spicier than I expected and I like some spice. Still yum but a warning may ne needed lol. Read more
