What great customer service we had. The sushi was fresh and seafood was super enjoyable! They have new business hours. They are... closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Most nights they close at 9PM with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays when they close at10PM. They have a bar, private party room, and enjoyable seating. I went with someone & the waitress brought their (the person that came with me) order before mine. I had 2 separate orders of... sushi (the Philadelphia roll & the California roll) & I had to wait almost an hour or so for mine. Mai Pearl has decent food but horrendous service which was was indifferent, inattentive, glacially slow, and management did... nothing to make good on their mistakes. I had 3 friends with me and I left our table 3 times to go to the front ?desk? toaddress ?issues?. It started with 20 minutes to get our drinks with no returns to our table to check on us, mistakes were madein our food order that were never corrected and one member of our party never received her meal! In the end we paid our bill andleft out of frustration and we did complain to the front desk. I will account for ?anomalies or bad days?, but there was noexcuse for the horrible unprofessional and indifferent service we received!! I cannot recommend Mai Pearl.
