Great coffee as always and great service.
I pay a lot more money for added things in my latte and I got a completely wrong drink order through the drive thru and I... couldn?t turn around to go back in and have them fix it. It?s ridiculous the prices have gone up and then order after order getsmessed up. Poor service and From now on I guess I?ll have to check before I drive off. Doesn't close until 8pm Pulled up at the window to order and have them say they're not taking orders now. I could understand if... there's tech issues but at least explain that so it doesn't seem like you just don't want to assist. Worst experience here this morning. They got my order wrong at the speaker and again at the window. Due to there mess ups as I... was driving away from the window the cashier rudely states next time come in. After failing to give me my receipt. The womanstaff were screaming in the background. Ill never go back to this location with how rude the staff was and ill never recommendanyone to go there. Read more
I've tried for months to give this dunkin a chance to pull it together...hasn't happened. Service is extremely slow, store is... usually a mess. Orders are often made wrong, coffee is often extremely bitter or watered down. Today I ordered a cold brewFrench vanilla with regular cream and sugar (3/3) and I got a plain cold brew with one milk and one sugar. And it still tasteslike water. Barely even put any ice in it either. This dunkin is definitely watering down their cold brew. I have given up onthis one. Edit: went to the dunkin 2 intersections north on route 1 which was much busier and was served faster and the coffeewas made to order and tastes excellent as always at that location. Great Dunkin very friendly great attitude work ethic. The hazelnut ice coffee cream sugar I recommend. Pumpkin muffins are great... since it is the season. The breakfast bacon ???? croissant and sausage are delicious. Keep up the great work highly recommend. Read more
